Weather update: 3am. Finished my first install in a VM. Learnt so much. Like I can side boot it on a spare drive/partition on my main rig, without messing up my current install. (Another day though. Sleep important too)

Spend my Saturdays on my machine. Rest of the week im reading the handbook on my lunchbreaks. Think I know what to do now, but will see how I go this weekend.

The way i see it, the fact that we all are on open-source reddit alternatives means that we are all unique in our own ways.

Reddit was already a nieche social media platform. Then lemmy is the nieche of a nieche. So yes, we all have unique likes and hobbies.

Its my machine. I dont need to sign into Microsofts Terms and Conditions to be able to use my hardware.
