When he finds The One (the rock, not the penguin yet), he waddles up to his crush and places it at her feet. Then he does this head-bobbing bow thing that’s basically penguin for “will you marry me?” If she picks it up and puts it in her nest, that’s a yes. If she ignores it, he waddles away with whatever dignity a rejected penguin can muster.
