This is bound to be an unpopular opinion here but I hate vim.
Shortcuts in vim make no sense whatsoever. They’re not the fastest possible shortcuts nor are they intuitive.
Sure it’s got useful features if you let the awful design brow beat you into memorising an absurd number of shortcuts that lack any form of logic.
You could have a cheat sheet on another monitor but at that point why not have an editor that has a gui.
This is oft repeated but is short sighted, it is NOT that people do not want to think, it is that they don’t have the time and energy to constantly fight their devices to perform simple tasks.
I believe Corbin is correct based on my own assessment of this feature however he isn’t providing any evidence either.
Adevrtisers arent going to give up their existing tracking methods unless the alternative is cheaper and more effective or driven by regulation.
With only 3% market share and little ability to sway regulators PPA could be the best solution in the world and still won’t see significant adoption.
So no you don’t need to be concerned about it… because it will be forgotten in a few years.
