What is it you don’t understand, perhaps I can guide you.
Do you have any technical knowledge? Like navigating systems or any programming experience?
I only ask those as if yes, then watching a couple of videos about docker-compose should be sufficient. Once you have an understanding of what it does you can rely on the docs more then.
Even asking ChatGPT for an example docker-compose file for what you want would be a great start.
I can’t relate to this at all.
We use windows machines as software developers at work and really have no issues at all. Never had a bluescreen in these two years.
I use windows at home to play Factorio, Minecraft, and RDR2. Again, never had an issue. No blue screens. I turn it on open steam and play my games then turn it off when done.
I tried Linux again cause I got sucked in by this echo chamber and that did not go well at all. I explicitly said I don’t want to have to be a nerd in my free time to manage Linux which I was assured isn’t the case. Then one day I turn it on and have no sound and no idea why it just died. I swiftly removed Linux and went back to windows.
I do use Linux for servers for Jellyfin and stuff and I like it for those things, but me personally have had a better experience using windows and I can’t understand all these people against it.
Not SysAdmin but about a year into my first software engineer job I was working on the live DB in SQL without using BEGIN TRAN ROLLBACK TRAN.
Suffice to say I broke the whole system my making an UPDATE without a WHERE clause. Luckily we have regular backups but it was a lot of debugging with the boss before I realised it was me that caused the issue the client was reporting.
It seemed to be a trend amongst younger people who would disable auto capitalisation.
That’s not a good sample though. This place will shill Linux all day long and are biased in that direction.
I am contemplating the same, but the amount of time I’ll have to put into figure out if I can use my 4060TI with it, or what games I’ll be able to play etc and configure it how I want it is not a small amount of time or research.
// Todo - Stuff
You could use JavaScript although I would go straight to TypeScript. Or maybe C#.
I am biased as I work with TS and C# .Net.
Thanks again.
I would say that it isn’t wasted money if it’s something you enjoy and brings you pleasure or satisfaction.
Thanks again.
Do you make money with Lego or is it purely a hobby. Apologies for the questions I’m inherently curious and this is very interesting.
Hey, thanks for explaining the project for me. That sounds fascinating, is it public? Not that I want to steal it, I never got into Lego, just would like to see exactly how it works.
It also begs the question of how much Lego you actually have lol.
I’ve been thinking of building Lego when I’m sad but it seems so expensive.
My bad. I was going off OP first comment at 8 months and not the reply at 7 months.
I came back to be like actually no, but then I was like oh I’m the dumb dumb.
I’m interested in specifically what your first program did?
Like what data is it harvesting and how is it showing that in PDFs or should I say why?
Pascal for server code running C# and Camel for client running TypeScript.
Thanks
Thanks.
Which generation would you recommend? As used.
Sorry for the delay.
Are you still stuck. Perhaps I can take a look at your docket-compose.yml
I got a server set up this weekend and perhaps could share mine. Although I’ve done this before I used ChatGPT this time to guide me and allow bot perfect I have it working with TrueNAS on one VM and then docker on another hosting Sonarr etc.
